Painterly Bridal Inspiration | New England Wedding Photographer

As Spring inspires fresh bright blooms and warm light, our wedding shoot took on these lovely spring accents and soft painterly details. Shot at the stunning Lace Factory in Deep River, Connecticut, the interior of this historic industrial building provided a captivating juxtaposition to the ethereal look of our bride and organic styling of the table arrangement. In addition to the atmosphere of the factory, I hand painted a backdrop with shades of blue to compliment our bride’s beautiful red hair. All the details were styled to feel effortless and timeless with touches of pale pink accented against the blue. Loose flowing ribbons adorned the romantic unstructured bridal bouquets handcrafted by Blush Floral Design. Our farm table lush with blooming tulips and white candles was topped by a unique hanging floral center piece. Flowing watercolor elements are found in the invitation design by Tanya Costigan Events and in the heavenly painted detail of the cake by Erica O’Brien Cake Design.
